Although Hodges Consulting Group, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman, L.L.P., and Governor Jim Hodges is a partner in that law firm, Hodges Consulting Group, LLC is a separate entity, is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Consequently, Hodges Consulting Group is not subject to the rules of professional conduct applicable to lawyers and law firms, and clients of Hodges Consulting Group, LLC do not have the benefit of the protections inherent in the attorney-client relationship.
