Governor Hodges Appears on Local National Public Radio Station September 9, 2004 CHARLOTTE, N.C.— Governor Jim Hodges, CEO of Hodges Consulting Group and a partner with Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman, L.L.P., was a recent guest on WFAE, 90.7 FM, Charlotte's local National Public Radio station.
Hodges appeared on the Charlotte Talks program, with host Mike Collins, and discussed some of the economic issues that are faced by North and South Carolina. Hodges also discussed the importance of education and how the South Carolina lottery, that was approved and implemented while he was in office, has helped provide for increased learning opportunities for state residents.
Hodges is considered a national leader in economic development, state government budget and public education policy issues.
